civil Wedding at Rüdenhausen

On Saturday 22.09.2012 the civil Wedding of Prince Dominik zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg and Countess Olga zu Castell-Rüdenhausen took place at the Townhall of Rüdenhausen. The bridal Couple alked the short distance from the CAstle to the Townhall where the short Ceremony started at 11h00 local time.

 Present where also their parents Fürst Johann Friedrich and Fürstin Maria zu Castell-Rüdenhausen, and Fürst Alois-Konstantin and Fürstin Ansatasia zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg. Also the grooms sister Christina von Rohr, née princess zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg and some of the brides uncles. After the Ceremony they posed for the few onlookers before they wealked back to the Castle where a celebration with more guests took place.
The religious Ceremony will take place on 06.10. at Sintra, Portugal where the Family of the brides mother has an Estate.

The Wedding of Princess Anna of Hohenzollern and Roman Goldschmith took place on 01.06.2013 at the maria Himmelfahrts Church at Andernach. Princess anna is a daughter of the late Prince Godehart of Hohenzollern and his wife Heide. Her great-grandfahter Prince Karl Anton of Hohenzollern bought in 1908 Namedy Castle in Andernach-Namedy which is still in Family posession. Therefore this is the seat of this branch of the Family. Georg Friedrich and Sophie announce their Wedding plans

The Wedding of Prince Georg Friedrich of Prussia and Princess Sophie of Isenburg will take place on 27.08.2011 at the Friedenskirche in Potsdam. Thus was confirmerdb y Michaela Blankart the speaker of the House of Prussia. Planned is an ecumenical Wedding as the Prince is protestant and the Princess catholic. There will be 700 guests invited. Yahoo! The sun returned.

There was fog when I woke up this morning, but the power of the sun with no clouds in the sky soon burned it off.  Hot dog!  I hung out a load of laundry, and then got ready to greet my morning visitors. Bridget and John of Travels of John and Bridget….and Fred , finished their camp host volunteer assignment in North Dakota and stopped by for a visit while spending some time in Detroit Lakes.  What a beautiful morning we had for a tour of the refuge. My friend, the young bald eagle, was perched as if on cue by the Chippewa Picnic Area.  I parked the refuge truck, and we were able to walk right under its favorite perch without it spooking off.  It only screamed at us a few times.  We even witnessed a small kettle of northern harriers catching a thermal to spiral up over the Otter Tail River so they could attain altitude to continue their migration south.  It was a stellar morning to be out and about.  We could hear the far off guns of the...
